The Quick Search options default to last name, SSN, and Case Number. However it is possible to Quick Search on standard demographics or custom demographics. Participant Name (this includes Prefix, First Name, Last Name, and Suffix) will always be retrieved through the Quick Search, but you can choose up to four additional demographics, both Standard and Custom, to return in your Quick Search as well. Use the following steps to choose which demographics can be used to locate participants through the Quick Search.

Note: The options selected here are affected by the scope of the demographic. 

  1. Expand Navigation Bar (if applicable)
  2. Click Site Administration
  3. Click Manage Demographics
  4. Under “Allow Quick Search” check the boxes next to the demographics you wish to search on
  5. Click Submit
