If your ETO Results report in edit mode looks similar to the screenshot below, please complete the listed steps to adjust:  

  1. Click on Reports.
  2. Click on ETO Results.
  3. Click on Preferences in the top right corner. If it is not visible, you may need to press the blue down button to show the taskbar.

4. Go to Web Intelligence
5. Go to "Select a default view format" and change this to "Web"
6. Below, go to "Select a default creation/editing tool" and change it to "Advanced"
7. Press OK
8. Log out of Webi and then log back in and the display should be back to normal
