The Custom Column feature allows you to add a question within the TouchPoint to be displayed on the View/Record TouchPoints screen, rather than having to open the TouchPoint and view it in its entirety.
- Open the Navigation Bar
- Click on Site Administration
- Select Manage TouchPoints
- Find the TouchPoint where “Custom Column” should be enabled
- Select Edit Next to the TouchPoint
- Select Question Settings
- Select View Screen Settings
- Check the Box: “Custom Column”
- A Drop-Down Will Appear, Select the Question to be Displayed
- A Column Title Will Automatically Generate – This Can Be Edited
- Click Save
