Why do I get a message saying "You don't have the correct permissions to take this action." when trying to preview a TouchPoint?
When you are editing a TouchPoint, you may get an error when trying to preview it. This is because the "Preview" feature is affected by TouchPoint security, and the program you are in does not allow responses to be added. This feature is affected by the same security as the "Add Own Responses" setting. In order to view or add a response you will need to navigate to a program that has access to that particular TouchPoint.
