To Check-In Participants:  

  1. Select Record Efforts on the Site Navigation Bar 
  2. Click Manage Rooms 

  1. You will see a list of all Participants.
  2. You can check the box next to the Participant you would like to Check-In 
  3. If you select the option "All Participants NOT currently occupying a Room," all Participants with no current Occupancy will be checked 
  4. Select Submit 

5. Check the Enter box next to the Participant name  

6. Use the Drop Down box to pick the Room they will be Checked into 

7. Enter the Start Date of their occupancy 

8. Click Submit

9. Click OK

 To Check-Out Participants:  

  1. Select Record Efforts on the Site Navigation Bar 
  2. Click Manage Rooms 
  3. You will see a list of all Participants. 
  4. You can check the box next to the Participant you would like to Check-Out 
  5. If you select the option "All Participants currently occupying a," all Participants currently Check-In will be checked 
  6. Select Submit 
  7. Check the Exit Box next to the name of the Participant to be Checked-Out 
  8. Enter the occupancy End Date 

9. You will see a pop-up with this message: "Would you like to dismiss these participants from the program as well?" 

10. Click Yes to dismiss and No to end the occupancy but keep them enrolled 

11. Click OK

 Additionally, on the initial page, you can select the names of Participants for both Check-In and Check-Out. On the following page, you will go through the same steps to select Enter or Exit and enter the date. If used in this way, you can manage the occupancy of all Rooms at the same time.
