If at all possible, we recommend using built-in ETO features to delete data including TouchPoint responses. However, there may be a situation where you need a large amount of responses deleted.


If this is the case, please contact your Account Manager for a quote.
Other items you will need to provide: 

  1. Written explicit consent for the request

  2. An Excel file containing the Response IDs to be deleted

  3. The TouchPoint name and/or Form ID

  4. Your "Who Am I?" information
